Honestly, I’d give Batch Leads zero stars if that was an option. I registered for their seven-day trial, but they charged me for an entire year upfront. After realizing the site was tough to navigate, I reached out three days in—still within the trial window—to cancel. They told me I couldn’t back out and would have to downgrade to a monthly plan, pay for a month I wasn’t even using, and only then could I cancel.

I never agreed to any contract, but they still wouldn’t let me cancel before the trial was up. The whole thing just felt shady and not above board. If you’re thinking about signing up, make sure you read every detail and be careful. I’m disputing the charge with my bank because this just isn’t right. For the record, I did sign up during the seven-day trial, and even if I hadn’t, they advertise that option—so why not stick to it, especially when it’s clear I didn’t use the service?

I've been a customer for more than a year. Some time ago, they switched over to AI for support. Things have just gotten worse since then. Even the AI takes forever to respond. Honestly, it could be much improved. There are a few good things about the service, but a lot of it just feels forced and awkward. I really wish they'd actually listen to feedback and make some changes where it counts.
